Hours of Shipping Operation

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 8 am-6 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays.

Shipping

We offer Economy or Standard Shipping.

All orders ship within 3-8 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@jesusandthegym.com.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), oder, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

Please see “Sale Items” section below to learn more about returns on items purchased at a discounted rate.

When returning items for a refund, a $8 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our headquarters. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Damaged Returns

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged

Items without the original tags and packaging

Gift Cards

Items marked FINAL SALE

Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on all item(s).

You can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), oder, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Missing Packages

We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.

In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. 

Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the shipping label. 

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events.
